Northeastern University Wireless Networks and Embedded Systems Lab

Biography

Daniel Uvaydov obtained his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University at Buffalo (UB), The State University of New York, Buffalo, NY, USA in May, 2018. He was under the advisement of Professor Josep M. Jornet with whom he also did research on Intra-body Optical Communications and 5G Communications Testbeds. Currently he is a PhD candidate in Electrical Engineering at the College of Engineering in Northeastern University. He is also a research assistant in the WiNES lab at Northeastern University under the advisement of Professor Tommaso Melodia. His research interests include Intra-body Wireless Networks and Embedded Deep Learning for the Internet of Things and Internet of Medical-Things.
