Hai Cheng received the B.Eng. degree from Xidian University, China, in 2015, and the M.S. degree from ShanghaiTech University, China, in 2018. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in computer engineering with Institute for Wireless IoT, Northeastern University. His research interests include machine learning and optimization in wireless network systems.
