Lorenzo is a candidate for Ph.D. in Computer Engineering at the Institute for the Wireless Internet of Things at Northeastern University, under Prof. Tommaso Melodia. He earned his B.S. and his M.S. in Computer and Communication Networks Engineering with honors from Politecnico di Torino, Italy in 2014 and 2015, respectively. In 2019, he was a Research Intern at AT&T Labs Research in Bedminster, NJ. He is now a collaborator working on the integrating Drone communications into the next generations' cellular networks. In 2020, he was a Software Engineer Intern at Google in the Network Infrastructure Team in Sunnyvale, CA. His research focus is cross-layer optimization for wireless stacks, software-defined control for wireless networks, MIMO systems, and Wireless Networks of Drones.
