Closas Elected Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Aerospace and Electronic Systems Magazine
The IEEE AESS Board of Governors selected ECE Associate Professor Pau Closas to serve as the Editor-in-Chief (EiC) for the IEEE Aerospace & Electronic Systems Magazine from July 2024 to June 2027.
The IEEE Aerospace and Electronic Systems Magazine is a monthly magazine, active since 1986, that publishes articles concerned with the various aspects of systems for space, air, sea, and ground environments as well as news and information of interest to IEEE Aerospace and Electronic Systems Society (AESS) members. IEEE AESS fields of interest are the organization, systems engineering, design, development, integration, and operation of complex systems for space, air, ocean, or ground environments. These systems include but are not limited to navigation, avionics, mobile electric power and electronics, radar, sonar, telemetry, military, law-enforcement, automatic test, simulators, and command and control.
